Product Description

This isn’t a simple upper-lower rubber-roll puller—it’s a “four-wheel-drive” servo racecar:

  • Four imported PU tracks embrace the sheet in segments, distributing a 40 kN high pulling force evenly so 8 mm sheets keep corners flat without warping.

  • Soft PU surface makes gentle contact with the ABS high-gloss layer; sheets can go straight to electroplating after traction—zero scratches, zero imprints.

  • Servo synchronization talks to the extruder in real time; line-speed fluctuation ≤0.5%, and fixed-length cutting accuracy ±1 mm.

Traction, constant tension, and surface protection—three-in-one, done in a single pass.
